Refund & Returns Policy

At Ryder Research, all products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Because our products are classified as research chemicals and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, we maintain a strict policy on refunds and returns to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
  • This policy protects product quality and ensures customer safety.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • If an order is canceled prior to shipment.
  • If you receive the wrong product due to our error.
  • If a package arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
  • At the discretion of company management

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If an item is received incorrectly due to our fulfillment error, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues once the package has been handed off.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Failure to provide correct shipping information at checkout.
